1 General Provisions & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the xbate platform and all its services. By accessing the xbate website, creating an account, or using any gaming service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

xbate is an online gaming platform that offers casino games, sports betting, and live dealer games for players in Bangladesh. Participation on this platform is entirely voluntary and involves financial risk.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform. xbate reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time.

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute or interpretation, the Bengali version shall be considered final. The platform is provided for personal and non-commercial use only.

2 Account Registration & Personal Information

Creating a personal account is required to play games on xbate. A maximum of one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

2.1 Information Provided at Registration

When opening an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information will be considered a serious breach of these Terms.

• Correct date of birth
• Active mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Valid email address

2.2 Account Verification

xbate may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Submission of a national ID card, passport, or other government-recognised identity documents may be required. Withdrawal access may be limited until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the xbate support team immediately.

3 Age Restriction & Eligibility Requirements

To participate on xbate, you must be 21 years of age or older. Access to this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

If it is found during registration or subsequent verification that a user is under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately closed and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

3.1 Geographic Restrictions

xbate primarily provides services for players in Bangladesh. Registration or account operation from areas where online gaming is completely prohibited is not permitted. If an account is created from a restricted region, it may be closed without activation.

3.2 Single Person Account Policy

Operating multiple accounts from the same household is generally not permitted and may be subject to investigation. Each account will be linked to a specific payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) and that identity will be verified.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

xbate processes transactions only through mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. Currently supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method)
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• If identity verification is not complete, the withdrawal process may be delayed

4.3 Transaction Security

xbate uses SSL encryption to keep all financial transactions secure. If a suspicious or fraudulent transaction is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended and further verification will be requested.

To prevent money laundering, xbate follows KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures in line with international standards. Suspicious financial activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

xbate offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing players. Specific conditions apply to all bonuses.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times, applied to the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotional offer has a specific validity period — once expired, the bonus will be cancelled
• If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited
• xbate reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus without notice
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or device is not permitted

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

xbate is firmly committed to fair play and transparency. All games are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) or verified live dealer methods.

6.1 Permitted Gaming Conduct

• Players must play games in an honest and fair manner
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any fraudulent tools is prohibited
• Deliberately exploiting game bugs or technical errors is strictly prohibited
• Attempting to defraud the system by coordinating with other players is a punishable offence

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical fault or disconnection, xbate will attempt to provide a reasonable resolution. However, xbate reserves the right to void results produced due to technical issues.

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. xbate reserves the right to make the final decision on bet settlement. Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information is punishable and will result in account closure.

7 Responsible Gaming

xbate believes that gaming is an entertainment activity and should always be enjoyed responsibly. We are deeply mindful of our users' mental and financial wellbeing.

7.1 Tools to Protect Yourself

8 Account Suspension & Closure

In the following circumstances, xbate may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior warning:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms
• Providing false information or identity fraud
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
• If the account holder is proven to be under 21 years of age
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Legal or regulatory reasons

8.1 Balance Settlement

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, xbate reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance. However, in the case of voluntary account closure, any valid balance will be returned after verification.

8.2 Appeals Process

To appeal against an account suspension, send detailed information to [email protected]. xbate will review all requests within a reasonable time.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the xbate website — logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and other elements — is xbate's intellectual property and is protected by copyright.

Copying, distributing, modifying, or using any xbate content for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited. The intellectual property of third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe) is protected under their own respective licences.

10 Limitation of Liability

xbate bears no legal responsibility for the following:

• Losses from games due to internet disconnection
• Third-party technical issues or payment gateway delays
• Account information being compromised due to the player's own negligence
• Service disruption caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or events beyond xbate's control

There is always a risk of total financial loss in gaming. xbate never guarantees that you will win. All bets are placed at personal risk.
